Special General Meeting

The Council of the Botanical Society of SA received a Requisition to call a Special General Meeting.

Council has called a Special General Meeting to be held in terms of Clause IX (3) of the Constitution to be held on Friday 17 August 2018 at the University of the Western Cape, GH1 Lecture Hall, Bellville Campus, Robert Sobukwe Drive, Bellville, at 17h00 for 17h30. The purpose of the meeting is to propose the motions as indicated 1 to 5 in the Requisition.

The application for postal voting forms for the SGM on 17 August 2018 is open. Application for a postal vote can be made at the Botanical Society Head Office via email with your membership number to or by telephone to 021 797 2090.
